Tasmanian Chardonnay Cask aged in French oak wood.
A Single Cask of only 35 bottles
60.4% ABV, 500ml, Cask Strength.

 

Nose - Jammy sweet butterscotch and notes of raisins and dates.

Palette - A lovely buttery and oily sweet opening then the clean alcohol reveals chewy malt and nuttiness.

Finish - The warm alcohol lingers to provide a crisp and semi-dry finish with some lovely high floral notes.
